Alsgade Pizza Sønderborg

02/08/2024: I have only been satisfied with my purchases from here. You get what you can expect and actually a little more. We mainly ordered pizza and/or kebab :) The staff are nice and welcoming both on the phone and in the centre. The food has been ready on time most of the time 🥳

07/07/2024: My brother, my friend and I were looking for 2 trays of fries that my friend had agreed with her grandmother 🌞 We were there approx. 20:45 today, there weren't many people in the store, so it was quick and easy to order and pay 🤗 The guy who served us was nice and friendly, and got the payment over with quickly as we had cash. He said the food will be ready in “FIVE minutes”, remember! FIVE! 😵 we stood and waited and laughed a bit together (ie my brother and my friend), but suddenly the person who served us left, and we were still thinking "when will the 5 minutes pass soon." So my brother kept an eye on the time. And suddenly there were 2 minutes left, and then the other employees turn around and say... "2 large fries?" Or something like that, we then give a nod and then he put them in the fryer?? But it was meant to happen????? So we had to stand for extra time because a man forgot to put his own customer's food in that we had paid for? But otherwise, while we waited a little extra time, we started talking about Ninja turtles - I promise, this makes sense - so while we say "I'm him, you're him, and he's him!" M.m, then an employee burst out and chatted a bit, which made us smile, otherwise we left with a good experience, even if it took a few minutes longer. But my friend had a great time and laughed all the way home, and in the end we enjoyed our nice hot fries, with 2 ketchup and 2 remoulade (I think they should give mayo too, thanks.) Jdg would recommend if it's not a busy day, then it's over quickly and you can return home with extra good food 🌞🌞 (PLUS the food is okay cheap, a whole big tray of fries for only DKK 35!) 🍟🍟
