Excellent place, slightly high prices and unwelcoming staff, the products are very good and fresh, however we were told that the famous pistachio cube was out of stock, and they pushed us onto the apple flavored cube, after having sat down at the table they put it in the window the elusive pistachio cube and not even 5 minutes had passed, so it wasn't cooking. Quite disappointed

Excellent coffee (good espresso and milk for milk-based ones), tasty pastries and best sourdough buns with butter & Gammel Knas cheese!

Pastries, Coffee amazing. Was recommended to come here by our hotel staff and you did not disappoint. The pastries and coffee were fantastic and so was the atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again.

I’ve been a big fan of this bakery’s pastries and have always appreciated the quality of their food. However, I wanted to share some feedback to help improve the overall customer experience. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed staff handling bread, particularly baguettes, without using gloves or tongs, which raises hygiene concerns. When I politely asked a staff member if it was common practice to handle the baguette with bare hands, she appeared confused. This suggests a possible gap in training. Additionally, the team seems unprepared for managing a high volume of customers, which impacts service efficiency. The food is excellent, but I believe there’s room for improvement in both food handling and customer service practices.

We got the chocolate chip cookie, pain suisse and espresso croissant. I was disappointed by the croissant dough as there was no butter flavour. The chocolate chip cookie was probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. It was crispy. A bit to sweet but the inside was chewy and addicting. After trying it I considered going back to get another one. The espresso croissants espresso flavour was amazing but again it was missing the butter flavour
