Ankers Sønderborg

We experienced Ankers Restaurent on a rather quiet evening but that only meant that we got to talk a bit with the owner who was very welcoming. It was clean and tidy and nothing to fault. We ended up choosing a bottle of red wine to go with the hot iron Angus steak which was a fun experience but I have to admit that next time I would rather have the chef fry my steak 😂. There was bread and butter, as well as French fries and pepper sauce. We were a little surprised that something resembling ham salad was served and we would have liked some green accompaniments to the dish. All in all, it was a really good experience and we would like to come again. Thanks for the food.
