I learned about this kiosk from a TV report, and that they have the best hot dogs in Denmark… It's true!!!!

I ate two hot dogs here and was unfortunately a bit disappointed. In my opinion, the quality has declined significantly over the years. The hot dogs just aren't the same as I remember them from before. It's a shame, because the Danish hot dogs in particular were always something special for me. This time, they unfortunately didn't really impress me. Therefore, only three stars.

The hot dogs are delicious, the place is wonderfully uncomplicated, and the fjord location is hard to beat. In short: It's exactly what a Danish hot dog kiosk should be. This time, too, there was little to criticize about the hot dogs themselves. Sausage, bread, fried onions, and the whole Danish package work reliably. No culinary reinvention of the wheel – but it doesn't need to be. After all, you come to Annie's, not for your final exam at a French culinary academy. 🌭 These days, you might want to have a quick word with your financial advisor before ordering. Around €30 for four hot dogs and three small soft drinks is pretty audacious pricing for a kiosk. We double-checked the fjord, but couldn't spot a personal butler or a bottle of champagne. 😄 Of course, Denmark is expensive, and of course, prices have risen here too. Granted. But at some point, a hot dog no longer sounds like a "quick snack by the fjord," but rather like a "small gastronomic investment." And Annie's has now passed that point quite confidently. 💸 Conclusion: Cult status is there, location is great, hot dogs are delicious – but the price-performance ratio is now quite challenging. We'll probably still come back. Next time, though, with a sufficient credit limit, and maybe we'll share a drink. Three stars. ⭐⭐⭐

Small snack bar right on the water. I arrived around 8:25 pm and unfortunately they were out of burgers. The hot sauce on the hot dog was delicious. It was busy. The staff also speak German.

A lovely snack bar right on the water with good parking. Their Danish hot dogs, fries, and ice cream have cult status. Update August 1, 2026: Unfortunately, not all parking spaces are available for cars without time limits. On the plus side, motorcycles have their own designated parking area. I was pleased with the new, more secluded seating area for eating and drinking on-site. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, with a smile on their faces.

I can highly recommend the super delicious hot dog, followed by a soft ice cream that had the best consistency I've ever had. The view was also fantastic; it's definitely worth stopping by. And don't worry, the staff also speaks German.
