We passed this lovely bakery one Sunday at lunchtime. They had a great selection of bread, rolls, sheet cakes, and tarts. We opted for a caramel nut cake. What a treat! So delicious and so fresh. Update: Two years later, we visited the bakery again. The Chocolate Dream Cake is, as the name suggests, a chocolate dream come true. The saleswoman was incredibly friendly and even spoke German. See you in two years... 🙋🏻‍♀️🐶🙋🏻

A wonderful bakery, with many tempting breads and cakes.

Fantastic bakery with a nice large selection of delicious bread and cakes - always friendly service - highly recommended.

The raspberry shortcake was just so good.

Delicious cakes and a fantastic selection 😋

We were SO glad the weather wasn't good the Saturday before! We didn't know there were a lot of old cars and motorcycles with sidecars (probably from WWII!) I didn't pay much attention as I was just enjoying the wind in my hair during the ride in the sidecar! And it was free! Thank you for a fantastic and wonderful afternoon of rides, talking and everything we saw in bunkers and yes, just in general! ⛺️🫶

We happened to pass by the bakery today. From the street we could see some sandwiches in the refrigerated display case. We went in and ordered a sandwich with rib roast. We were offered to eat it at the cafe tables. And yum, it was a treat! We were also tempted by a good offer on cream buns for 5 kr./piece, as well as a couple of rhubarb lentils. When we got back to our holiday apartment at Bogense harbor, we were supposed to have a cup of coffee and the lentils/cream buns we had bought. We didn't have the greatest expectations for the 5 kr. homemade cream buns, but we learned better. They were freshly made with a marzipan base. If I had known, I would have bought some more. The rhubarb lentils tasted heavenly with coffee. When you make something good, you deserve praise. Best recommendations from here.
