Atelier September København

The quality of the coffee and the food was very good but still the price was very high! We paid 484 Dkr (64.84€) for the two plates of food, one tiny piece of cake, 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. The seating area is a bit uncomfortable and the pace of the service very fast that kind of forces you to come and go fast. But I really enjoyed the nice kitchen that was visible from the seating area. There are also waiting lines so prepare for that, but due to the aforementioned fast service, you don't have to wait that long.

The interiors are lovely and it is a great “instagram” brunch spot. Service could be better (took ages to clear our plates etc) but the food is nice. However, even considering that Copenhagen is very expensive, this place is very overpriced. It’s nice but because it’s very overhyped on certain social media platforms, you could probably get more for your money elsewhere.

Having admired AS on instagram for more than 5 years, I was finally in Copenhagen and could visit the place myself. I didn’t even mind the ~15min wait outside to get a table. The food was simple but tasted delicious. Drinks were lovely. Service was ok but could be so much better. Atmosphere was very beautiful from tableware, art and flower arrangements in unique vases to shelving layout. As I’d been their admirer for years, I decided to buy their book (370DKK/~50€), only to find out couple of hours later that you can buy the same exact book from HAY Design house nearby for only 249DKK/~33EUR. With almost 20€ difference in price, I was disappointed to say the least and it has clouded my overall experience at Atelier September. Please DO NOT buy their book from the restaurant! We were a group of 3, spent around 1120DKK

I saw this place on Instagram and it’s very hyped by many influencers and people in general. I found it extremely overrated. Food was fine, but too expensive. And the service is not even good, they rush you to finish the food so that someone else can take your place.

Specialty coffee and every dessert and plate are made to be as special as possible. We recommend!

Atelier September is the best place to chill. Calm and nice place. If you come after 2pm, you can only eat dessert of snacks (bread and delicious whipped butter). Staff is polite and kind. Thanks for this moment!

Breakfast was very tasty and the service was very friendly and quick. Also great if you're traveling alone and just want to have a relaxed coffee.

Small cozy cafe with friendly service. A bit overrated and touristy to be fair, there’s always a queue and it’s quite overpriced for what you get.

Go early because otherwise you have to queue. Anyway we took the simple danish breakfast and we liked it.
