Visited several Espresso Houses whilst in Denmark and Sweden. This franchise in Copenhagen was set over two floors and had a really homely feel. The only let down was the toilet facilities, not enough of them and quite messy.

Super friendly Staff, try the cinnamon bun, they warm it up for you. Delicious! Sandwiches and Muffins are super yummy as well.

I went here in the morning during my holiday in September and it was cosy and nice to relax. But the lady who served me shouted at me when I went to pay here for my coffee.

This one is very beautiful, clean and with good service. I was in four or five EH shops in Copenhagen and some are very nice (like this one) and some are not so ok, with poor serviceand not so clean.
