At the heart of the city on Strøget, this is one of Espresso House's excellent shops in the Danish capital. Staff were helpful and friendly with drinks reasonably priced considering the location

Amazing atmosphere and gorgeous interior—easily a 5-star spot if you need a place to focus, study, or work on your laptop. However, the food and drinks let it down. The breakfast options were cold and not very fresh, and you can definitely find better, cheaper food elsewhere in Copenhagen. The espresso wasn't good either. Come here for the workspace vibe, but for your coffee and food you can find better options ✌️

The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to escape the city bustle or take a break from shopping. Like other locations in the chain, it is renowned for its excellent coffee and cappuccinos, as well as traditional Nordic pastries—such as cardamom or cinnamon buns—and fresh savory options. We sat at one of the indoor tables and ordered a green tea, an espresso, and a *vaniljesnurre* (vanilla swirl)—a soft, braided Scandinavian pastry filled with a creamy, buttery vanilla filling. We were thoroughly pleased with everything: it was all good, exquisite, generous in portion, and delicious. The staff were welcoming, smiling, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and the service was attentive and fast; however, the prices were high. Like other Espresso House locations, this one is known for its excellent coffee, cappuccinos, and traditional Nordic pastries, such as cardamom and cinnamon buns, as well as fresh savory options. We sat down at one of the indoor tables and ordered green tea, an espresso, and a *vaniljesnurre* (vanilla brioche roll) — a delicious, soft, braided Scandinavian brioche filled with either a smooth cream or a vanilla butter filling. We were very pleased: everything was excellent, flavorful, generous, and delicious. The staff was welcoming, smiling, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; the service was attentive and quick, although the prices were high.

Nice area to sit on the first floor however many people who are not customers stop by to use the bathroom which makes the experience worse as they queue up next to the tables.

It’s my first time to Scandinavia and I see Espresso House everywhere! I really like the coffee here and the decor is Starbucks or better! And I think they are very friendly to customers because they open their restrooms even on busy streets! Big kudos to the management team!

A nice standard ekspresso house, although it's always a little busy the service is great and quick. And, there's always a seat free, inside of outside.
