Augustenborg Garden Sønderborg

They had prepared a Valentine's menu - which I really think was fantastic. Don't think it was 5 stars, wish I could give it 4.5. The starter was some beef, with a tarragon sauce, super delicious with some warm bread. The main course was pomanna with vangel. Thoroughly delicious, with a delicious sauce. The dessert was an ice cream made on a bronze base. The ice cream was absolutely fantastic (I love ice cream, so really picky about the quality. But here tip top!) The brownie base was ok, it was a little dry, had it been a touch better I think the whole experience would have given 5 stars. The service was top notch. If I could come up with something they could do better, it would be that they should be able to offer an alcohol-free menu. There was only a wine menu. All in all a good experience.

Nice café with a nice atmosphere, delicious cake, nice service, everything takes a while... but it tastes very good and the sculpture garden outside is awesome, really great!

We had a wonderful wedding lunch with about 20 people at the Garden Cafe. The setting in Augustenborg Garden is really beautiful and the team of Mette and Mette took great care of us. You get a really individual set up. From the menu to decoration and wedding cake. They do their best to fulfill all your wishes. We will always remember that special day. Thanks a lot for having us and the warm welcome. The home made gløgg is excellent as well. For our wedding we stayed at the lovely apartments in Augustenborg Garden right next to the Café. That was a perfect fit.

Always happy to come to Augustenborg Garden. Lovely food in beautiful surroundings and with the nicest staff. ... and then Mette is just fantastic.

Held our Christmas lunch with 10 people and had the nicest evening, with the best staff and the food we keep talking about. The surroundings were so perfect. Get the best recommendations from here.

Small but nice. Mega friendly service, dogs are not only allowed, but also receive a welcome treat, good selection at reasonable prices, we'll be back!
