I waited 15 minutes for my ordered takeaway - even though the time had been accepted in their system. The burger was made first, I could see while I was standing there, so it was clearly quite cold when we got home. The other hot items were hot, but were put together with salad in the bag, which was changed when I asked for it. Otherwise the food was really nice - but the salad had been sitting for a long time, so the nachos on top were soft. So food as always nice, but don't order takeaway, would be my best advice - because they really don't have a handle on that. And yes there were a lot of customers, but they were also a lot at work - and the takeaway order before mine, they also messed up.
