Huge thumbs up to the new owner.. Thoroughly fresh and fast service.. The food was just as it should be..

30/03/2024: Worth all the money... The stirred tartar is very close to being the best piece of smørrebrød I have ever been served. Old cheese with cloud, raw onion and rum is also a hit.
Finally, an apple cake that was well balanced between sweet and tart.
I would love to come here again.
You can park right outside the door and there is easy access, even for people with walking difficulties.
It's not exactly cheap, but you get so much for what you pay for.
19/03/2024: The food is top class and it is completely unique with the retained old style in the premises - if you like a good Danish lunch, this is one of the best places there is.

30/03/2024: We have enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch in Weis Stue for the past three years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Delicious classic chrome, extremely friendly and professional service and then the most beautiful historical surroundings and atmosphere - right in the heart of beautiful Ribe. We are already looking forward to next year.

A cozy little place with lovely delicious food, however there was arugula in the one dessert we got.
When we arrived we just had to wait 5 minutes for our table to be ready.
We were served by a nice lady who took her time at each table and was happy to tell us about the different things. Unfortunately, she was not the fastest we met, even asking to get dessert, she did not come down and offer us dessert.

Always good classic old fashioned food. Really nice service. Even experienced the waiter not wanting a tip because she had made a tiny mistake.
On some days, especially in winter, the menu is a bit limited in terms of food. But if you are a company, you can get a special menu.
Located pleasantly facing the Ribe å and by the Riberhus ruin. Quite close to the cathedral too.

Spændende at se evt ændringer ved den nye forpagter.
Meget var ændret, skal være usagt om de nye tiltag ville trække flere gæster?
Vi tog begge deres uspecificerede smørrebrød. Tre stk til hver, samt en stor pilsner øl.
Smørrebrødet var ok, lidt skuffende at deres udvalg af øl.
Men giver tre stjerner, bedre øl havde givet en stjerne mere.

Every time I have been there, they have never given me my money back as they should have done, for example today's launch deal it cost only 105, the two of them 143 from me, and only gave me 52 back in cash when I gave them 200 DKK .not OK at all. I want my money back.
