I give Axelborg Bodega a full house. I visited the bodega on a Wednesday evening. I ordered Wienerschnitzel with pommes saute, peas, veal sky and boy. It was really delicious. I would definitely recommend the place The service was really good.

Update from May 2026: We were so excited to come back, but they don't order Shooting Star for dinner anymore 😔. Ordered schnitzel and it lacked any flavor and was very chewy. Minus 2 stars. An amazing small restaurant in the center of Copenhagen. The 2 most popular dishes are the Shooting Star (fish 2 ways with shrimp) and the fried pork (all you can eat). Great selection of beers and wine. Very highly recommended!

Delicious food, great atmosphere. Close to Copenhagen train station. Food was served quickly, and the beer was ice cold! Excellent!

Pork roast and beer. Excellent experience. We had booked a table in the early evening. It was getting very busy in there by the time we were leaving.
