By far the best pizza eaten! The price/performance ratio is good, the staff is friendly and attentive. When visiting the island it is a MUST to visit Axels Kitchen!

I was looking at the photos of our holiday in Fanø a few weeks ago and I remembered the wonderful past experience at Axel's Kitchen, one of the few authentic Italian restaurants found in Denmark. From the beginning, my boyfriend and I were well received, even though the restaurant was closing, they understood our situation and saved us from a night of fasting, because all the restaurants on the island were closed that evening. Dinner was perfect, from pizza to dessert. High quality pizza and food, as if we were in Italy. Amazing to eat buffalo mozzarella so tasty! While the service was the icing on the cake. The Italian waiter greeted us making us feel at home immediately, super kind and gently. We were treated like princes. He suggested which foods to order and they turned out to be excellent choices, especially the tiramisu which the waiter insisted we try, even if we were extremely full (pizza is pretty big). Finally we tasted the Fanø rum. Between one course and another we received some tips on activities to do on the island, including the seal safari and the search for bunkers that we didn't know anything about. Beautiful experience, we don’t know if we will be back in Fanø in the future, but we absolutely recommend this restaurant.

I have rarely had such a good experience in a restaurant! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of the pizza was really impressive! The dough was thin but crispy and had a high edge, the tomato sauce was well seasoned, the buffalo mozzarella was also very good and no expense was spared. The olive oil on the pizza matched the overall picture perfectly. Great emphasis is placed on high-quality ingredients here. The pizza is worth every cent. All in all, I can only recommend Axel’s Kitchen.

Great service, very kind (Italian) waiter. It felt like we were in Italy. Antipasti were amazing. Pizza's were a little bit heavy but nice nonetheless. Tiramisu was great too. Would definitely go again!

Umfangsreiches Speisenangebot, Pizza und Burger waren sehr lecker. Nachspeisen waren auch sehr gut. Italiener Wein und nette italienische Bedienung. Ciao Personal spricht Englisch, Dänisch, Deutsch und Italienisch

Was ein Genuss.....sowohl die Vorspeise, als auch der Hauptgang. Selten solch gute Pizzen gegessen. Auch mein Burger mit einem 200gr Angus Patty war eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Die freundliche Bedienung rundete den Besuch dort ab. Wir kommen definitiv wieder zu euch. Liebe Grüße von Familie Conrad😀
