Delicious hot dogs with all the trimmings. Everything freshly made. Very nice and friendly owner. I'm only deducting one star for the ambiance. It's just a small snack bar.

If you want to eat truly authentic Danish hot dogs, this is the place to go. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. He serves genuine Danish red sausages and homemade hot dog bread. I highly recommend it, and we ate here more than once during our vacation.

Right in the heart of Fredericia, you can get delicious hot dogs (a wide selection with various sauces) and great fries here – perfect for a small, unhealthy, but tasty snack. There are also a few tables and chairs behind the stand where you can enjoy your food while overlooking the square.

We spent 10 days in Fredericia, having been to Denmark several times before, and what can I say? We've had the best hot dogs here so far. We tested them extensively; we went there a total of five times! 😅 The owner is also incredibly friendly and always up for a chat. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

23/09/2026: A gem in the city, unbeatable atmosphere and always welcoming and friendly staff. Whether you come here on Wednesday for a burger and a mug of beer or you meet with colleagues for a Friday after-work toast to wash the dust off your throat. The quality is always the same, absolutely TOP👍 You've gone wrong if you haven't been to Den Engelske Pub...🍺🩵
13/09/2026: Great place to drink beer. And there are many to choose from. There is something for everyone. Almost always live music in the evenings on weekends.
