Nice place, a little expensive for my taste.

Definitely the best bread, cakes and sandwiches I've had in a long time. Willing to take a detour to get a bite to eat from there.

I was in Middelfart yesterday and decided to buy some of your good bread to take home. I was the only customer in the store. There were 3 employees who saw that I was there, but not one of them came to help me. After 4-5 minutes I gave up on being served and left. After all, there are other bakeries that also bake good bread. The 3 stars are solely for the good bread. The service gets 0 stars because I experienced no service.

A fantastic bakery with outstanding pastries! We had a **Romkugle** and fresh **Cardamom Nurrer** – both were absolutely delicious and baked to perfection. A stop here is definitely worthwhile. We'll be back!

Delicious big sandwich, but the lady who served us wanted it to be very quick. When we went to pick up the sandwich, we couldn't see where to pick it up and the staff also seemed impatient.

Papas Pizzeria

17/08/2026: Delicious pizza, friendly service
16/08/2026: We were stopping by in Denmark a night on our way to Sweden and decided to eat at Papa. Best decision ever. The food is really delicious and waiters are nice. It was like eating home while on vacation. I had lasagne and my husband had saltimbocca, both dishes were tasteful and perfectly cooked. Many reviews mention that you have to pay for water but this is common at restaurants in Italy so I guess that is why they charge for it. Anyway the water tasted fresh and not metallic so it didn't seem to be common tap water. Finally, I recommend Papa if you want real food and you happen to be or travel in this area.

Holms

22/09/2026: Nice place with good food and sweet and friendly service.
09/09/2026: Restaurant Holms offers a wonderful taste of traditional Danish cuisine in a charming and historic setting. The food is prepared from scratch with care, giving the dishes a comforting homemade quality. The classic Danish flavors are especially appealing, with dishes such as pan-fried plaice served with parsley sauce and potatoes. Everything feels authentic, hearty and thoughtfully prepared. It is a lovely place to enjoy genuine Danish food, warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that makes the dining experience feel truly special.
