16/03/2024: Attentive staff welcomed us (there were also not many guests) We got a plate with 5 good hand meals. The good company pulls the experience up to 4 stars.

13/03/2024: Nice food and ice cold beer. The elderly couple who have it are doing really well. Always a fun and lovely atmosphere. I would like to come here again.

16/02/2024: As regular customers at Saeb Siam, we were looking forward to eating in the new premises. Nice place for diners - good acoustics - possibility to sit a little removed from all the take-away guests :-) The food is as usual authentic and with really delicious fresh vegetables. We were served a wrong dish, but it was rectified quickly when we mentioned it - and the "wrong" dish was packed into a takeaway box so we could enjoy it for breakfast :-) As always, good atmosphere at Aor and Jonah. Pop gan mei!

31/03/2024: There is absolutely nothing wrong with the physical setting of Hindsgavl Castle - the location in the middle of Denmark, the beautiful surroundings and the well-maintained rooms make it a good choice for a conference hotel. On the leisure/private front, it lags significantly: On the basis of previous stays, we had bought the New Year's stay package for DKK 12,000 (!) for two people, for a two-day event. Something must have gone wrong, because the expected quality was clearly delivered elsewhere, this New Year. The many young "cooks" and young waiters were too confused around, and we were not properly served, with.....everything. I had to fetch the champagne for 24:00, because otherwise it would not have been reached. At the price offered, we cannot be satisfied with what we got, and unfortunately I cannot therefore recommend the place for festive events.

20/03/2024: Have visited this restaurant several times when I have been in Middelfart. On today's visit, we chose the house's 3-course menu and got the following dishes. Starter. Stinger roe decorated with watercress and scallion leaves. Tomatoes, vinaigrette and crumbles. Main course. Beef tenderloin with parsnips and mashed potatoes and spring onion. The dessert. Chocolate cream with fruit compote and vanilla ice cream. Great performance. Tasty dishes accompanied by fine wines that go well with the food. A Californian Chardonei and an Italian Bardolino D'Asti. The operation. Present, attentive and friendly. The interior of the house. Cozy and with a good atmosphere. Beautiful view of the strait. Highly recommended as a really good restaurant to visit.

31/03/2024: Came here twice during our stay in town. Pasta is better than pizza, but both are very tasty. Will come again 😉
