Love the bar!! Our bartender was sooo nice and made us amazing cocktails on demand. He had so much energy and it made our night. Just all in all, best bar in copenahagen … pricy tho

Eclectic, hip, surprising, fun, warm, engaging, intense, creative. Balderdash is not just a bar, it's an experience. You are sure to leave here with a story to tell. Balderdash boasts of organic beer and wine, but the real prizes are the eccentric concoctions meant to stir the imagination. Complex, rare, bazar, balanced, inspired spirited treats created with a passion and a bit of twisted genius. We were seated in what can only be described as a backroom laboratory lined with shelves packed with dried herbs, delectable treasures and colorful bottles. This is a place where you can put yourself at the mercy of experts. I recommend stretching your limits and providing your waiter with minimal guidance. At other tables we saw flames bursting from shakers, marshmallows roasting in the middle of the table, and yummy frothy-topped colorful delights. It seems there is no limit to Geoffery's creative expression. It's easy to walk past this hidden jewel buried in the heart of Copenhagen. A modest store front beguiles the rich history the building longs to tell. Built in 1732 for a Jewish goldsmith, inside, you may discover a double-sided fireplace, no doubt, once the heat source for liquid gold. Throughout history, craftsmen honed their skills, a shoe cobbler, a dress maker, a Danish bartender, an Italian restaurateur, and finally, a libation experimentalist. Cheers.

Incredible bar with some of the best drinks I have ever had. The bartenders and staff were equally as good. Amazing night out! Highly recommend!

This bar was amazing. Staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. We loved their menu and the way they craft them. They mix unusual ingredients to make something unique and did an amazing job when we asked for something not on the menu. We will definitely be back.
