21/12/2024: This was my first meal in Copenhagen. The waiter was not only dressed in uniform, but the service was also very gentlemanly. Knowing that it was our first time here, we wanted to order more but were refused because he said we couldn’t finish it. It made me feel like this This restaurant is not only about making money, but also wants us to experience authentic Danish cuisine. The waiter also said that the food here has a more traditional taste. Until I tasted it, I understood why he said that, I always have an image of eating at a European home. One of their dishes is Taiwanese crispy pork, but it is cut very thin and all the water in it is squeezed out. It may not suit my taste because it is harder to chew. Hard does not mean brittle. But the overall feeling is very good, the price is very reasonable, and the meatballs also have their own flavor. It has a very different flavor from Swedish meatballs, and I highly recommend trying it. Rød Tuborg beer is great
