Unfortunately, we weren't so impressed with the vegetarian banh mi that we could have overlooked other issues (no seating, no customer restroom, a bit lacking in flavor). But the service was delicious, and the baguettes were absolutely fresh. :)

nice little shop, only one person working when i visited but service was pretty quick in spite of that, not really anywhere to sit but banh mi & fresh rolls were yummy and reasonably priced compared to the rest of the area

One my fav restaurants in Copenhagen. Their Banh mi is amazing. Juicy meat and really nice baguette. Crispy on the outside and soft inside

After eating at all the Bahn Mi places in Copenhagen I've been able to find, I just have to admit that this one on Elmegade is among the absolute best! The Beef Bahn Mi was clearly the best. Well, the coffee bar on Enghavevej serves the worst. Stay away from that place :-)

Restaurant MARK - Bistro & Bar

24/06/2025: We had a mini tasting menu consisting of 3 dishes. The main course was my favorite, the oxtail was tender, and the carrot with shrimp oil was excellent. However, the scallops with green strawberries were a bit bland, and the dessert was tangy, much like many of the other desserts I've tried at restaurants in Copenhagen. Perhaps it's due to the frequent use of rhubarb? I don't mind rhubarb at all, it was just that I am not into acidic dessert that much. We also ordered the grilled bread with duck liver mousse, which was savory and generously portioned. It happened to be the restaurant's 3rd anniversary when we visited. We were treated to a complimentary cocktail and mussel rockefeller. How thoughtful was that. Thank you so much and congratulations.
04/06/2025: The location of the restaurant is very good but the food is not a top experience. I had the veal tongue and it was tasteless. The menu did not impress me and I choose a dish just because we were there with other people that have already ordered. The pommes frites were the thing that saved me from going home hungry. Maybe it's my own taste that does not correspond to the place but that is the way I felt.
