Cozy little place, they were quick to put some tables together so we could sit together (8 people). There is free water.. But I heard from some of my friends that it was a bit expensive. I didn't eat anything myself, so I can't judge that, that's why I give 4 stars because the price drops a bit.

Truly Healthy and Tasty Brunch! I visited BARYL at Frederiksberg on a warm Friday of October with a girlfriend for a brunch. We didn’t manage to book online so we just showed up there at 2pm. The place was empty, but the nice atmosphere and promising menu made us stay - to our great pleasure. We ate The Hungry Blogger dish and The Bandit sandwich. Both dishes have the same type of sandwich (with hot smoked salmon), and the Hungry Blogger adds a salad and a Skyr with Granola. The drinks arrive almost immediately and the food followed really fast. The first impression was great as the plates are colourful and really well served. We were both impressed by the amount of food! The sandwich was absolutely delicious, packed with taste and with a more-than-decent amount of salmon! The salad was also extremely fresh and well seasoned. We were so full that it was a challenge to finish the good-sized portion of the Skyr! But it was worthy, due to its creaminess and lightness combined with crunchy whole grain granola. At the end, a friendly cook stop by to ask if we liked it which I found really sweet. A few people arrived in the meanwhile and we left extremely happy and filled. Extra point: music was of great taste and not loud.

Baryl in Frederiksberg – where coffee, food and good atmosphere melt my heart (and my pants get tighter) If you haven't already been to Baryl, you're either new to town or living under a rock. Seriously, every time I leave there, I'm not just full—I'm zen. Like they put a little bit of magic in my avocado food. As soon as you walk in, you think: "Have I come to a trendy New York cafe, or is it still Frederiksberg?" You immediately feel like a cool, modern type, even if you've only come to take pictures of the food Instagram It's full of plants and raw wood - so if it was a Tinder profile, you'd swipe right. The food is so good that I almost forget my lifelong love of pizza. Their eggs benedict is so buttery soft that I had to check if I could still use my teeth. And their smoothies? I don't know what they put in them, but I feel healthier just holding the glass. And then there's the young lady at the bar - I don't know what she does, but everything just gets better when she's there. She juggles the coffee machine like a barista ninja! It's as if she has a personal relationship with each and every coffee bean. Every time she does my flat white, I feel like she just read my soul and knows exactly what I need that day. The staff in general are super nice and make you feel like their best friend - even if you're the kind of person who asks 10 times what the difference is between a flat white and a cappuccino (apparently there is). They're always smiling, even though deep down they're probably thinking: "Another coffee freak." Baryl is my go-to place for everything from hangover brunch to everyday luxury. If you haven't been there yet, get yourself together – and trust me, your taste buds will thank you, even if your pants might not!

Fantastic experience at Baryl - where quality and creativity meet, and I always end up rolling away in food bliss! Baryl in Frederiksberg has gradually made me feel like a regular (okay, maybe because I'm there far too often!). Every time I leave there, I'm both full, happy and a little sad that I can't eat more. It's a place where you get food that tastes so good you almost forget about the calories – but hey, life's too short to count them anyway, right? The atmosphere: From the moment you open the door, you are greeted by an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The decor is completed with a wonderful mix of raw wood, plants and that Nordic, minimalist look, which makes you consider whether you should start taking an interest in interior design. It's the kind of place where you can both bring your MacBook and "work" (read: drink coffee), or hang out with friends and pretend you're the kind of person who goes to a coffee shop every day. The food: The food is undoubtedly some of the best you can find in Copenhagen. I mean, who would have thought that an avocado meal could make me consider going vegetarian – for a while anyway! It's as if they've taken such a simple ingredient and turned it into a gourmet experience. And their eggs benedict? Oh boy, it's like eating a little cloud of happiness. It's crispy on top and buttery soft inside - just as it should be! And if you are into drinks that are not only good, but also healthy, then you have found the right place. Their smoothies and freshly squeezed juices make you feel healthier just by looking at them – it's almost like having a personal trainer in glass form! The service: I am always greeted with smiles and a "hello" from the staff, and I have a theory that they all took a course in "how to make guests happy in 10 seconds." They are so cute that you want to give them a hug - but I keep to myself and content myself with saying thank you. They are quick to help, whether you need a recommendation or just have an extra question about the menu (yes, I often ask about anything, especially when I can't decide!). The concept: What really makes Baryl special is their focus on sustainability and ecology. You can eat here with a clear conscience, knowing that they use local and organic ingredients. It's almost like getting a virtual pat on the back for being environmentally conscious – while enjoying a cup of coffee and a huge avocado meal! Overall: Baryl has become my go-to place in Frederiksberg. Whether I just want to take a break from life with a good cup of coffee, meet up with friends or enjoy a delicious lunch, Baryl always beckons. I can't recommend it enough - and it's also the reason I keep coming back. And the next visit? It's just around the corner (as soon as I have room for more food!).

Good brunch experience on a quiet Sunday in September. Got the Bandit, avocado food and poor croissants. The food tasted excellent and was tastefully presented. Excellent coffee. Good service, good time….no brunch stress.

We held my sister's gender reveal in Baryl, on Frederiksberg. In addition to the store's beautiful interior, we received good service from their super nice employees, and really good food! It is absolutely recommendable!

Good, light food but nothing special. The staff was friendly and polite. Limited outdoor seating, but plenty of empty seats inside during summer.

Undoubtedly one of the best brunch cafes in Copenhagen. Great service and food! Can definitely be recommended.
