22/07/2026: For people with celiac disease or who don't eat gluten. Highly recommended! The clerk had a clear idea of what she had to do in terms of cleaning the ice cream scoop, using gloves, etc. In the store there is a QR code on the side with allergens, so you can easily find out what you can tolerate. Both the waffle and the ice cream tasted fantastic!
