21/09/2026: We were here in September 2026 to see the fishing boats on the beach. Afterwards, we wanted to grab a bite to eat and stopped at Fiskehus. We received very friendly service, and the fish was delicious. Because of the weather, we ate inside, which, with its cozy atmosphere (and view of the North Sea), perfectly suited our needs. We highly recommend Fiskehus 👍🏻

31/07/2026: The holiday park is very large and offers an impressive range of facilities, especially for families with children. There are plenty of playgrounds, an indoor play area, activities, several sanitary buildings, washing-up facilities, and even a supermarket on site. The pitches are well separated by hedges, so despite the size of the park, it does not feel overly crowded. One downside is that the pool is far too small for the number of guests. It was so busy that we did not even use it, as it simply did not look enjoyable when it was packed with people. We also found it surprising that showers cost extra. The park is very lively, with children riding scooters and other vehicles around the site, and the pool area can remain noisy into the evening. This may be great for families with older children, but it was less ideal for us while travelling with a small child. Overall, this is a well-organised and very family-friendly holiday park with excellent facilities. We personally prefer smaller, quieter, and more peaceful campsites, so we probably would not return, but that is mainly a matter of personal preference rather than a criticism of the park itself.

23/07/2026: I usually don't write bad reviews, but I feel like this one is necessary. My husband and I chose the buffet and...well. Good things first: the dessert options were tasty, as was the fish soup. The servers were very nice. However, everything else just sucked. The hot food was either overcooked, tasteless or cold. Sometimes all three. For almost 400 kr expect more. Also, the place was way to small for a buffet so you couldn't pick out food without being in someones way, be it the servers, the kitchen personel or people coming down the stairs. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

11/08/2026: Really delicious open sandwiches. We had looked at the size of the open sandwiches that the other tables were served and they looked a bit small. Ours was too, so it's a bit expensive if you have to have two pieces each. We ended up with 450 kr. for two pieces of open sandwiches, a glass of elderflower and a beer. I don't think we'll do that again. But nice place, really good service and good food.

02/08/2026: Cozy place, with a nice atmosphere and good food - open sandwiches, although on the expensive side, considering the size / price... 129 kr. For a medium-sized potato dish with a little onion and bacon and a flower on top, here you pay just as much for the coziness, the atmosphere and the place as such.

10/08/2026: I ordered pizza, burgers, and salad twice. Absolutely fantastic, everything was very, very good and delicious. Highly recommended.

20/08/2026: Very nice cafe with a cozy atmosphere, nice staff and reasonably good food👍🏼 The bearnaise sauce I got needed to be tasted more, as it was a bit boring. The salad was good, but needed more vinaigrette and the steak was on the verge of being completely cooked but still good and spicy🥩🥗 Otherwise it's a place I could go back to if I was in the area👌🏼

19/07/2026: Even though the restaurant was completely empty, we weren't allowed to sit in the sofa areas because the waiter thought that there might be guests coming later. So we were worth less than imaginary future guests. It was just so strange and something I've never experienced before... we were even there at 4pm, and according to the waiter, the place had no reservations. Who we were sitting in the way of is unknown. He even laughed at us as if we were stupid.

13/04/2026: As always, the visit to Skovsgaard Hotel was a fantastic experience with good food and a really nice atmosphere. Super lunch Really good food and fresh service super with extra dessert a good experience

19/03/2026: We had heard about the hotel and wanted to visit it on our next trip to Denmark. In March 2026 we went there. The stay was very good! Service, food and management were top notch. This is a hotel with workers who have various disabilities and need some adapted work. A hotel a little out of the ordinary. We will be back here!! The hotel has a good standard, the beds were very good. The food tasted excellent. We ate both breakfast, lunch and dinner during the days we stayed there. Everything was very good! The hotel also has many events in its small concert hall and there was also a concert there the one evening we were there. The hotel only has 13 rooms, so it is not big. Here you could sit down and chat with the management and the staff was there all the time! Recommended!

07/05/2026: We have visited the restaurant twice. The first time we had a hot dish, which was very delicious. The second time we ate very nice and fresh sushi. We will be happy to come again.

21/08/2025: A wonderfully well-maintained hotel, where you can feel the owners' passion and love for their work. Niels and Connie Olesen make every guest feel welcomed and pampered. The breakfast is among the best we've ever had, both for the quality of the ingredients and the wide variety offered. The rooms are new, modern, and impeccably clean. A truly recommended property. Thank you so much.

Super professional and nice staff! ☀️ There was a bit of a wait for the food, but wait, it was worth the wait! 👌 They make delicious burgers, and they know how to fry their meat! 🔥 Really really good prices on the food! (and there was plenty of it!) 😁

07/08/2026: I ordered pizza in advance at Aabybro’s Pizza & Steak House, but unfortunately had to wait about 10 minutes extra after I came to pick it up. It was a bit annoying, especially when you order in advance to avoid a longer wait. On the other hand, the staff was really nice and friendly, which definitely made the experience better. Overall, an okay experience, but the wait time could definitely be improved. The friendly staff, however, pulls the rating up.

30/08/2026: After a day trip, we ended the evening at Restaurant Futten and were completely satisfied. The food was excellent – ​​a fish platter (Stjerneskud), Wiener Schnitzel and salad with salmon, as well as plain burgers and fish and chips (Fiskefilet) for the children – and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress, from Austria, was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was absolutely child-friendly. All in all, a perfect end to the day in a lovely, cozy, and tastefully decorated restaurant.
