I ordered a steak of Danish organic sirloin and got a carpaccio as a starter. Just because of the sirloin, I would definitely visit the restaurant again. The service was also VERY good. If you are coming from out of town, or staying overnight, you should try Restaurant Ryes. /S

Restaurant Ryes delivers an absolutely top-class dining experience. From the first bite, it is clear that this is a cuisine with an uncompromising sense of quality and detail. The meat was cooked to perfection – juicy, tender and with a beautiful roast crust, which testified to both technical skill and respect for the raw material. The salmon tartare also deserves special praise: balanced in taste and beautifully presented. It was both fresh and delicate – a true pleasure for both the eyes and the palate. The service was attentive and present without being intrusive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant exuded calm and energy. Ryes is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good taste, good craftsmanship and a well-executed evening out.
