I ordered a steak of Danish organic sirloin and got a carpaccio as a starter. Just because of the sirloin, I would definitely visit the restaurant again. The service was also VERY good. If you are coming from out of town, or staying overnight, you should try Restaurant Ryes.

Restaurant Ryes delivers an absolutely top-class dining experience. From the first bite, it is clear that this is a cuisine with an uncompromising sense of quality and detail. The meat was cooked to perfection – juicy, tender and with a beautiful roast crust, which testified to both technical skill and respect for the raw material.
The salmon tartare also deserves special praise: balanced in taste and beautifully presented. It was both fresh and delicate – a true pleasure for both the eyes and the palate.
The service was attentive and present without being intrusive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant exuded calm and energy. Ryes is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good taste, good craftsmanship and a well-executed evening out.
