Binderup Strand Pavillon Kolding

After a day of traveling from the Netherlands, we put the caravan on the campsite and looked for the nearest restaurant, did not make a reservation, but that was no problem. The service was very friendly and the food very tasty!

Overall quite nice. Friendly service, tasty food. However, they have a hard time with special requests, which are unfortunately necessary. Our five-year-old son needs gluten-free food. We are prepared to order normal dishes for him or pay extra. However, there is no gluten-free pasta and we can't order french fries either. I understand that they want to sell children's meals, but if we can't have them because of an intolerance and we've also ordered three other main courses, it's reasonable to expect to be able to order fries.

I had never heard about this place before, after seeing a Facebook post, booked a table the same evening and went there. We had the tomahawk steak and lamb shank, both cooked very nice, with a great amount of vegetables to go with it. So much on this menu we want to explore, we will be back soon again. Bonus, it's beautiful with the moonlight over the water, we were lucky with a clear evening 🙂

A fantastic experience, the food tasted good and there was plenty of it, so you get very full. Can definitely be recommended and it certainly won't be the last time
