I recommend to order mussels and the Pommer feites with Dijonaisse sauce. Delicious.

Very beautifully located and stylishly decorated. We received very courteous service, even though we only had a small bite at lunch. The dishes on the dinner menu sounded very tempting, but the selection was a bit limited at lunch, which is a shame for day trippers. The goat cheese salad could have been improved a bit; it was interesting with dried fruit, but there was too much of it; fig might have been a better match, and there were various salads. Overall, however, we were very satisfied and would gladly try more again.

I was so impressed that I went there two days in a row. Great atmosphere, sunset included. The mussels were divine. The next day, I had the daily special: onion soup, duck a la orange, and chocolate cake with ice cream. The portion was surprisingly large.

Their moules frites beat all other places by several lengths. In addition, sublime service and a fantastic atmosphere with a view of the water and the bridge, where there is constant activity.

It was a wonderful place to sit right by the harbor. Danish customers are clearly given preferential treatment. Tourists are second to none. The food is actually gluten-free, and all three dishes are very high quality, delicious! The service is friendly. However, you'll have to wait if several Danish guests arrive right after you.

Very professional service. A pleasure. The evening menu is good value for money. If you have an appetite for less than three courses, there are good à la carte options. Nice selection of lunch dishes. In the summer months it is nice to sit on the terrace on the promenade. There is sun in the afternoon and evening. In June, July and August the promenade is car-free, and the restaurants have more tables outside.

Had a really fantastic halibut dish. So delicious, light and healthy. Service has been perfect. Strictly recommended.

We sat for some drinks at the waterfront. It was really nice, good atmosphere. The service was okay - not really fast; possibly it was more busy inside. We went inside to pay the bill. But overall the service was really friendly and the drinks were quite good!

We actually only ended up there because we weren't served at another restaurant. We're still glad we did, because the Bistro Grand Mere was wonderful. The staff were super friendly, and the view of the harbor was beautiful. We had salmon rillette, mussels, entrecôte, and chocolate mousse. Everything was delicious. The only thing I would have to criticize is the selection of main courses from 5 p.m. onwards. Too few, as the rest wouldn't have been to our taste. So I couldn't go there often. There were only 5 main courses. One of them was vegetarian.

Der kom baguette og dejligt fransk smør på bordet fra start. Jeg fik den lækreste mad - østers og derefter flotte, friske hvide asparges med rejer og sauce hollandaise. Husets Sauvignon Blanc var helt perfekt dertil og til kun 65kr/glas. Personalet var ikke dansk, men meget servicemindede og skabte en hyggelig atmosfære. Priserne er absolut rimelige. Det var en helt perfekt aften på denne hyggelige bistro med udsigt over havnen. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen <3
