Bones Esbjerg is an obvious choice if you are hungry for large portions, juicy spareribs and a cozy American-inspired restaurant experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and the staff is welcoming and good at making guests feel welcome. Spareribs are of course a safe choice, but the burgers, steaks and chicken dishes are also of a high standard. The salad bar is fresh, well-stocked and provides a good complement to the main course. There is also a large selection of desserts if you have room for a little extra. The restaurant is neat and well-maintained, and even when it is busy, the service is experienced as efficient. It is a place where you get good value for money and leave feeling full. A place I would like to visit again – especially if you are in the mood for a hearty dinner in cozy surroundings.

The portions were too small for my liking to be filling, and for my German standards, too expensive. We also sometimes had to wait a bit too long for service to reach our table. However, it was nice that we could order extra fries and that soft-serve ice cream was included in the price for everyone. The ambiance was American-style, with a bit too much decoration for my taste, and the tables were too close together, but that's a matter of personal preference. The service staff were pleasant and friendly with good English skills, so communication was easy, and they patiently and kindly answered all our questions, as we weren't familiar with this style of service, the company's strategy, or the menu system.

Fast, friendly service. Good food, not too much and not too little.

We ate here in the evening and ordered burgers. The friendly server explained the menu to us in English and showed us how the checkbox system worked. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious! I've rarely had such a tasty burger! Highly recommended 😊👍🏻

Have been for dinner, ordered a steak with side dishes, the taste of the steak is really good, the service is quite nice and impeccable, the atmosphere is both calm and cozy. Bone`s take away, works both politely and smilingly. All in all, this lovely day, saved for later memory, and will be able to be retrieved, both at and as needed, such a beautiful day makes you happy. See you out there. Our visit to the restaurant took place on sunday. Since the entrance, we had to wait around 5 minutes for a waitress to come and place us. Those of us who chose to take a beer instead of a self service fill up drink had to wait longer time for the beer to arrive than a food... Worst of all, even though each of us had given his individually personalized menu card, the food arrived completely mixed up with sides. I think 1 waitress during a shift is not okay. That created a lot of mess and delay. The food though was great, the ribs were worth it and raised up my opinion.

A very interesting concept for an American-style restaurant in Denmark. It’s a bit expensive but worth it if you are hungry and want to pig out  (or if you wish to just enjoy some tasty American food). The all-you-can-eat salad bar was always stocked with tasty fresh food. Pretty cool that can you get more potatoes & fries for free. This is the first place I have ever seen that beer refills are at a reduced price (soft drink refills are free). We ate here twice during our 10-day vacation in Denmark.
