Cozy atmosphere, good coffee and cakes (can recommend the cookies) Go visit 👌👌

We had an espresso and a cappuccino. The espresso was very watery and the cappuccino was far too hot, which was also reflected in the milk foam. The service was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, they couldn't recommend any beans due to a lack of knowledge, so I bought some. At a price of over €16 for 250 grams, this was unsatisfactory. The seating is nice and the café is also beautifully decorated.

Found my new favorite spot in Kolding. Books & Beans is that rare combo — proper coffee or tea, and a genuinely cozy space to sit and read. The atmosphere feels right: welcoming, warm, relaxed, the kind of place that makes you want to slow down. Really enjoyed the croissant and coffee. The staff were friendly and kind. Can only recommend, maybe there is a book waiting to be read.

A cozy eatery, with books to entertain your children as well. The coffee (we had a flat white) was very good, as were the smoothies. The food was tasty, but a bit meager for the price. The last point is what bothers me the most, because we ordered bread with butter for our children. This consisted of 3 thin (and sometimes crookedly cut) half slices and 2 slices of butter for more than €7. I know Denmark is an expensive country, but this was extreme. Advice: at least cut thicker slices. I still recommend the cafe, but the 4 stars are mainly due to the price and the latter.

A perfect place to linger. Beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere, and the food is delicious. They also have lovely ceramics for sale. :) We were here for breakfast on a Monday morning. It was quite busy. We had the "Breakfast Surdejstoast" (quite hearty) and "Toast med Lufttørret Skinke." I can recommend it.

A very cozy café! Could spend the whole afternoon in there. Delicious toasts, breakfast and cakes, the interior is warm and soft and the best thing is all the books! There are lots of different things on the shelves that you can just borrow and read, as well as books you can buy to take home. It's good for study groups, dates, friends' get-togethers or just sitting alone with a good book. Very inspiring and quiet.

It's a simple menu where you can get a really nice breakfast. The coffee is in a special class, delicious coffee.
