Loved their æggekage, we have visited a few times while visiting Odense. Parking could be very difficult though. Will recommend to sit outside on their back garden when the weather is good, way better than to sit inside the kro.

The food is nothing to shout about. Roast pork not crispy, but fat and a little sloppy. Egg cake totally tasteless.

Havde glædet mig til en god søndagsfrokost med familien, men blev utroligt skuffet. Maden var dårlig, manglede sild, blev ikke fyldt igen. Nogle utrolige store boller i karry, som ikke passede til en frokost. Ribbenstegen var uspiselig, kun fedt og sener.

10/08/2025: Lovely place, there were maybe 35 of us gathered for a 70th birthday where brunch was served with a large selection and really good bacon, there was plenty of both in small cubes and the regular large pieces, after that a guide came from inside the Zoo and took us on an hour-long tour of about ¼ of the Zoo, including visits inside where people don't normally go with the pirates. When we got back to the restaurant we were given coffee, cake and various liqueurs to choose from.

Chicago Burger

31/07/2025: We were on a trip to Odense, and when hunger struck at the end of the day, we asked the boys what they wanted to eat. The answer came promptly: "Burgers!" A quick Google search led us to Chicago Burger in Korup – and we certainly didn't regret that choice! Chicago Burger did not disappoint in any way. On the contrary, we were greeted by friendly service and served some of the best burgers we have ever tasted. The boys were all excited and agreed that the only thing missing was a Chicago Burger in Kolding. A great experience and definitely a place we will visit again next time we are in the area!
13/06/2025: Just been to Chicago in Korup 😃 with my mother and daughter. Best Cheeseburger I've tasted in a long time ❤️. It won't be the last time I sit in the cozy rooms, with sweet staff 🥰. Definitely deserves all the stars 👍❤️
