02/05/2026: Here, open sandwiches have been taken to a higher level. There is simply a great deal of attention to detail in each piece, which has an almost artistic expression. The taste and composition are definitely interesting. The service is friendly, fast and professional. It is also not on the cheap end, so you might want to skip the charge for a bottle of water when you have bought drinks.

13/05/2026: Absolutely fantastic tasty food, friendly waiters with a good mood. Everything was so nice, however I only give the atmosphere 4 stars because the acoustics were very bad, there was a lot of noise from other guests which unfortunately made our experience a little worse than expected. But we will definitely come again, but probably on a weekday evening instead 😊

29/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the place's somewhat boring appearance from the outside. Really delicious pizzas! They are a bit expensive but they are definitely worth it. The right amount of filling, super good taste and ingredients that you have no doubt about the quality of. No matter if you order 1 or 10 pizzas. And on top of that, the staff and especially the owner are incredibly nice and accommodating

17/05/2026: Good restaurant for typical Danish dishes, cozy but warm setting, the dishes are simple but well made, with attention to detail, to sauces, to cooking, that's what we love in cooking, real cooking, not pretentious, the heart is there, I will return, we are in Denmark so you shouldn't look at the bill.

17/05/2026: Great restaurant in the center of Odense. At Gronttorvet, we enjoyed excellent food and a wonderful overall experience. We tried classic Danish food and beer, and everything was delicious and honestly prepared. We also really appreciated how welcoming they were to small children. The staff were kind, helpful, and assisted us a lot, for which we are very grateful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and authentic, and we felt truly comfortable there. I warmly recommend visiting Gronttorvet to anyone who wants to enjoy good food, beer, and a lovely atmosphere in Odense.

20/02/2026: We had a really lovely evening at [Café Name] yesterday. The atmosphere was super cozy – soft lighting, comfortable chairs and that real Danish café vibe. The waiters were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I had the roast pork with parsley sauce and potatoes – it was perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy, and the sauce was just like mom used to make it (high praise!). My wife had the grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables, and she said it was the best she had eaten in months. The portions were nice, the prices were reasonable, and the wine we were recommended was a perfect match. We left feeling full and happy – we will definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

07/05/2026: Definitely Odense's friendliest cinema with a wide selection of niche films. But I can't recommend the food I got. Ordered lentil salad, with salmon as an extra, and an avocado dish. Received a salad so mustardy that I imagine someone dropped something in the dish. It was inedible. Left half-eaten salad and left the cafe with tears in my eyes (a little bit because of the wasted money, but mostly because it was so insanely mustardy). The avocado dish got the grade: Pass.

03/05/2026: Café Biografen in Odense is a really cozy place with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I am from Aarhus myself, but every time I am in Odense, I make sure to stop by – it is a perfect place to find peace. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. You can choose to sit inside in the cozy surroundings or outside, where you can enjoy the sun or take a break. Their fresh lemonade is especially worth highlighting – it tastes really good and fits the atmosphere of the place perfectly. All in all, it is a place where you feel welcome and always want to return.😊

23/05/2026: 30 minutes of waiting, zero communication, and our order was never sent to the kitchen. Their resolution? One Coke Zero for the entire table. Safe to say we won't be coming back.

19/05/2026: We went here because of a particular dish we found that had great reviews. However, it had been removed from the menu just a week before we went. Despite this, we still had back-to-back dinners here because the food was just that good. The service was also stellar. The waitress was very helpful in recommending dishes to try. Spaghetti allo scoglio The perfect sauce if you're craving seafood. It tasted like the sea — you can taste the subtle flavor of mussels and clams in it. It also had shrimp and squid. Diavola The best pizza I've tried outside of Italy. The salami was precisely spiced and the sauce complemented it perfectly. Lasagna classica I only had a few bites, but it was very good. Penne salmone e vodka A great sauce for a salmon dish. Gelato The vanilla gelato wasn't sweet at all, but it was still very, very good. Tiramisu They leaned heavily on the coffee flavor. It had very little sweetness.
