We had the early seating with a regular menu (with truffle) without the wine pairing. Firstly, the food was amazing. You could really tell that there was great care taken in giving a very specific experience in each dish. We especially liked the tartar and the ravioli polenta.
The service was very scripted and a lot like how we experienced service in Italy. I would personally have preferred a more "danish" kind of service with a bit more personal touch, but this more of a personal observation. One of the waiters unfortunately had a cigarette smell to him throughout the evening which is a big minus in my book. I understand the need for taking a break, but taking the smell with you inside is disrespectful to your paying customers.
All in all the food and wine recommendations were exceptional, but we lacked a certain quantity in the meals, as we left without having a full stomach. For the pricepoint of the meal, I would expect a better service and either a larger menu og larger portions.
I am giving Boutique Emilia a 3 star rating, because of the combination of a high price-range and low food volume, together with the unfortunate smoke experience. This left us with a slighty sour taste in our mouth when the bill had to be paid.

Absolutely amazing. I have eaten here twice and really enjoy coming here, so it won't be the last. Their dishes are incredibly tasty and are served as a beautifully composed menu. There is something new on the menu every season, as well as some of their signature dishes. They prepare their handmade pasta so perfectly that it is truly moving.
Service and wines match the high level of the food. You feel very welcome.

Boutique Emilia is the kind of place you dream about long after you've left. Run by a lovely Italian couple, Noemi and Stefano, this isn't just a restaurant; it feels like you've been warmly invited into their home for a heartfelt meal. With only about 16 seats, the atmosphere is intimate and buzzing with a passion for authentic Emilia-Romagna cuisine.
The meal is a set tasting menu, a journey of five or six courses that showcases the best of handmade pasta and regional flavors. Be prepared for some seriously divine pasta. The Signature tortellini in a Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce is so good it's been known to give people goosebumps. From a stunning beef tartare to start, to a classic tiramisu that concludes on a light and delicious note, every dish is a testament to skill and love.
The service, led by Stefano and the team, is often described as warm, professional, and spot-on. They expertly explain each dish and the stories behind them, making the experience personal and engaging. It’s this combination of sensational food and genuine hospitality that makes an evening here so memorable.

Actually just quite disappointing. I really expected delicious food. Delicious, but not so delicious that I will think back to it. Not quite enough food to fill you up and a bit boring and tacky decor.

Visited Copenhagen for first time this past September from Canada and booked a table at Boutique Emilia on the recommendation of a redditor lol. Super pleased they didn’t steer me wrong. We chose the regular experience. The food was sublime bursting with flavour and freshness. The staff explain each dish in detail as they come out and they couldn’t have been more friendly or knowledgeable. The restaurant only holds about 5 small tables so reservations may be difficult to get but don’t let that deter you. The experience is worth it.
