On the banks of the Ribe River, lies Kolvig-by Skovmose, a little gem, where good food, good service and the location are top notch.🌊🍽👍👍 We were treated to some snacks to start with. Which consisted of pork belly with various dips, pickled red onions and mustard seeds, as well as root vegetable chips.🐷🍿 Together with our snacks, we ordered a delicious Kolvig Spritz and Chardonnay white wine🍷🍸 For the main course, we had the Star Shooting Star and the stir-fried tartar, both delicious, delicate and with lots of flavor🐟🦐🐮 Thank you so much for a lovely evening, where our dog also enjoyed the good atmosphere 🐶🐶 And a thousand thanks for the food😃😃🍴
