Brus København

Party of 2, visiting Brus on a Tuesday night. Decent amount of people but not overly crowded however the service at the bar was lacy and non attentive, despite being the only ones at the counter. Ordered 2 beers and was immediately asked for tips when trying to pay. Stop this, it has the completely opposite effect.

I've been there a few times now, and it certainly lives up to that first time. The food is really high quality – not just on paper, but when it gets to the plate. We're not talking about fancy molecular gastronomy or loads of foam, but rather basics done with prestige and attention. BRUS is one of those restaurants that shows that you can take gastronomy seriously without losing your appetite and fun. Visit it if you care about eating well.

The mushroom burger wasn't the best, unfortunately. Otherwise, always worth a visit – the beer tastes wonderful.

Amazing food, definitely the best bar food I ever tried. Everything it’s homemade and very high quality. The burgers are AMAZING, but the whole menu was incredible too!

There is a wide variety of delicious beer. I like that you can choose the size and sample it beforehand. However, the restroom smells terrible.

Huge selection of excellent beers, a must-see on a beer tour of Copenhagen. It was Monday and the only one open after 10 pm. The place is large and spacious, both inside and out. Be careful not to get lost when using the bathroom, as there are several entrances and exits on various sides of the building.

A good selection of craft beers on tap. The place is big and cozy.
