Bryghuset Vendia - Gourmet Hjørring

Fantastic food and great service

We would have eaten somewhere else, but it was busy - what luck. We have been to Hjørring several times, but never seen or heard of Bryggeriet Vendia, but this evening they appeared when I searched for places to eat. The restaurant is divided into a Brasserie and a gourmet restaurant. We had the evening at the Brasseriet with a small menu. 3 courses, some bubbles and a snack as well as coffee and a sweet. A simple wine menu. kr 1,100,- for 2 people. The food was really good and the wine went perfectly. The servings are adapted. I will come again. The brewery is not in the most charming place in the world, but you forget that when you enter.

Great evening in the brasserie. 4 people who got everything we could eat. We expanded the wine menu which was really delicious. The juice menu was a good choice as an alcohol-free option. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The waiter was knowledgeable and had time for a little small talk. All in all, a lovely evening in Hjørring.

Bryghuset Vendia is one of those places you want to return to. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, where there is a focus on both quality and hospitality. The food is well-prepared and flavorful, and it is clear that the emphasis is on good ingredients and craftsmanship. The home-brewed beers are an experience in themselves and give the place a very special character. The staff is welcoming, competent and always ready with good recommendations, which makes the visit even better. It is rare to find a place where food, drinks, service and atmosphere come together so well. Whether you come for a cozy dinner, a beer tasting or a special occasion, Bryghuset Vendia delivers an experience worth recommending. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Very good, good food, nice and competent staff, good drinks. Have visited several times but this was the first time for brunch. There were six adults and everyone was very satisfied.
