29/07/2026: Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with a menu in my hand while the staff avoided eye contact. The food looked and smelt great, but beyond that I can’t comment. The toilets are excellent.

16/08/2026: Very good pizza, a family pizza for two people for under €20, which is rare in Denmark. It's more of a takeaway option, though. We were there right after opening (4 pm).

05/04/2026: Our go-to supermarket on holiday. It's a good size and we've always been treated kindly whenever we've had a question. I only speak a little Danish, but I've always found the staff very patient here. The prices are typical Danish prices for a holiday region; but as a German, that's nothing to be surprised by anymore. Whenever we're in the area, we shop here.

10/08/2026: The Møllehuset ceramics café is undoubtedly a beautiful and unique place – perhaps our expectations were simply a bit too high due to the many overwhelmingly positive reviews. The ambiance is charming, the cakes and coffee were good, and it's generally a pleasant place to linger. Unfortunately, we were less impressed with the service: the staff seemed clearly stressed and at times bordering on rudeness. Especially in a café that thrives on its special atmosphere, this detracts significantly from the experience. We also remain ambivalent about the value for money. It was good, no question – but for the prices charged, we expected a bit more overall. It's a lovely place worth visiting, but after our experience, I'm hesitant to give it an unqualified recommendation.

07/08/2026: A lovely café with delicious cakes and other specialties, and good coffee. We can't comment on brunch or afternoon tea, but our impressions from today's visit suggest they are also very good. The service was friendly and attentive; the only slight drawback was the wait (coffee and one cake were brought, but then we had to wait even longer for the remaining three cakes/waffles, which I always find a bit annoying). The prices are quite high by German standards, but the quality is excellent, and the portion sizes are perfectly adequate. Definitely recommended if you're ever in the area.

23/07/2026: Fantastic shooting star. Really delicious shrimp. Good and happy service. And the atmosphere is just so cozy. I really enjoy that there is no music playing in the background, but just chatter from the different tables. Worth the drive😄. 5 stars from here :D

10/08/2026: A fantastic place! We have been there a few times over the years and every time it is just top notch, the food is good and the service. The only downside is that the lighting, the writing on the menu and my eyes are not a good match.

18/12/2025: For those with too much time on their hands. A ridiculous 70-minute wait for a burger and a baked potato. The latter was overcooked. Hard and dark on the outside, mushy on the inside. The fries were fried twice, making them hard and extremely greasy. We do not recommend this place.
