Super cozy intimate place on Istedgade with space and peace to study.

We visited this cafeteria during an extremely cold Sunday in CPH. The place was really chilled, with very few people inside reading while drinking some warm beverages. We had a late lunch with the traditional Danish sourdough bread, butter and cheese with a cup of coffee/tea for 65 kr (about 8,70€) and we stayed there for a couple of hours. The girl at the counter has been very kind and welcoming. Everything has been great and we’ll surely come back.

It’s been my second time being here today. The atmosphere is just perfect. You can relax and read books. It’s a cozy book cáfe. Seems like i’ll be there again soon. ☺️

If you're in dire need for a cozy space for light reading, writing and/or working with a yummy cup of coffee - look no further! This is such a lovely café, decorated with book shelves and even a mini desk which you can work on. I highly recommend if you ever need a change of scenery in the city centre.
