Ca' Cucina Gentofte

Diego, Mille and Kira from Ca’Cucina prepared and served food for my wife’s big birthday which we held at our house with approx. 50 guests. We had the most delicious antipasti of marinated tuna, burrata caprese and gambas, a heavenly risotto and a main course of guinea fowl. The jewel in the crown was the tiramisu which all the guests are still talking about. Ca’Cucina were incredibly professional, flexible and contributed positively to a fantastic atmosphere on the evening. They get the warmest recommendations from us

The owner Diego is the most open, accommodating, talented and humorous italian man. His food is not only well presented, it is made expertly and with love. I am unbelievably impressed with his skills in the kitchen and can only truly recommend that people try his food for themselves. Our menu today consisted of some italian inspired smørrebrød, a delicious fresh pasta dish and the most mouthwatering tender meat i have eaten in a LONG time. Try. His. Food. You'll be doing your tastebuds a favour. Trust me! (I have tasted his Beeramisu -tiramisu with beer instead of coffee, on another occasion and that too was exquisite. His skills are not limited to the savoury kitchen but extends to the sweets aswell)
