Cafe 2 Hjørring

30/12/2025: Visited Bones in Hjørring on 29/12 2025. Here we were shown a table for three, and immediately we were asked what we wanted to drink. It didn't take long before the food was ready. We got New York Strip, Spareribs and Salad as a main course. The meat was well-cooked and well-prepared. The salad was varied and freshly cut. It was refilled all the time. We had only been eating for a short time before we were asked whether we wanted a refill on the fries and sauce. Freshly made fries and two kinds of sauce came quite quickly. We felt a cozy atmosphere the whole time, and saw staff passing by regularly so that we could order a refill if we wanted it. We are positively surprised by the great service and the good atmosphere from the smiling staff. Definitely a place we will return to.

30/12/2025: I consider myself the type of person who's hard to impress. But Bone's blew me away. Anyone who thinks they'll get bland, uninspired American fast food here is mistaken. Just so you know: While the concept and the ambiance are American, it's a Danish franchise, and that's a very good thing. Both the salad bar and the food are top-notch. The service and the atmosphere are also excellent. Today we're visiting Bone's in Frederikshavn. 🇩🇰 🇪🇺 🇩🇪
