Super cozy place... We sat in the courtyard and only ordered drinks, so no stars for the food, but we gave the coffee and Café Latte top marks, as did the service.

A very nice little restaurant with a great outdoor area! They really saved our last day of vacation. We left one of our cell phones there, and the owner found us on the country road and brought it over to us! A true heroic act! Thanks again :)

We visited this small, lovingly run café because of the many positive reviews – and we were not disappointed! The coffee was by far one of the best I've ever had. Incredible aroma! The passion fruit cake was also a real highlight – simply heavenly! I also had a freshly prepared shrimp bread with high-quality ingredients that was absolutely delicious. The café is not only cozy and charming, but is also run by super-nice girls who make your visit even more pleasant. We highly recommend this cute café – and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! We visited AGNES Café twice today! :) Thank you so much!

On my tour through the world's roastery, we found this beautiful café, and it's a pleasure to write about our experience: First impression: This small historic building is located right at the beginning of Aabenraa's shopping street. A few chairs and tables in front of the door, as well as a bicycle, indicate the café. Atmosphere: Several different tables and chairs blend together to create a harmonious overall picture inside, creating a historic atmosphere. The counter at the rear of the café, shortens the passage to the garden café, inviting you to linger with its numerous delicacies. The interior continues on the terrace, although the garden furniture is uniform. Offer: A wide variety of homemade items is available at reasonable prices. My favorite was definitely the small apple pie, which is served slightly warm. But the cookies, cakes, and sandwiches are also delicious. Service: We were served promptly and at all times during our visits, and even with children, you feel very welcome and appreciated. A truly welcoming culture. Cappuccino: We were served a delicious, mild cappuccino prepared with love and care. Compared to the roasters, we couldn't detect a distinct flavor profile, but it was super tasty, mild, and digestible. In other words, the beans were well chosen, and the grinder and machine were well-adjusted. Conclusion: We would definitely come back here anytime and look forward to seeing you again.

A wonderful, small, and cozy café. Breakfast, delicious and creative sandwiches, salads, and much more are served. Sustainability is a top priority. You can also enjoy an English tea ceremony with tea, scones, and more (with advance reservation). The restrooms are new and very clean.

Today (June 7, 2025) we had a delicious breakfast here. My wife and I opted for the "breakfast plate" and the yogurt with passion fruit syrup and a soft-boiled egg. Of course, we also had a cappuccino, which was very good and strong in flavor (well, it didn't stop at just one cappuccino, of course). To finish off, I had a warm croissant with Nutella. Overall, the breakfast was just as fantastic as the cake we had eaten there the previous afternoon. The café is also very cozy, and the staff is very friendly. If we're ever in Aabenraa again, we would definitely stop there again.
