The service was definitely what kept the place up for us. The burger lacked a bit of "juice and power", it was a bit too cafe-like for us unfortunately. I had two guests with me from abroad, luckily they didn't notice anything other than that the service was top notch, so it was lucky!

Great cozy place and really tasty food. The only thing that wasn't 100% okay was the stir-fried beef tartar, it was stirred well enough and therefore oversalted in some places. But regardless, it tasted good, incredibly delicious bread. A place I can recommend and would like to visit again! Bought a lunch board with 7 dishes which we shared between 2 people. The last course was cream brule, absolutely perfect!

valgte stedet med mine 2 børnebørn,som heller ville på MC-Donald, men jeg valgte da der var godt udvalg på menuen. De valgte chicken nugget med hjemmelaved pommes frites. nuggets var færdigkøbte og de hjemmelaved pommes frites var halvkolde og fed smag af olie. de spiste ikke op. min chinos club smagte godt,dog ville det være passende med lidt pommes eller andet til retten,da den ikke var ret stor bolle og kylling i...

Brunch som selskab. Brunch var supergodt, fordi der var var gode smagsoplevelser. Service var behagelig og rettidigt.

09/02/2025: Vår is an absolutely fantastic culinary experience We had 8 courses including a wine menu The food was absolutely top class, presented deliciously and unpretentiously so that the taste experience is allowed to be the star of the show. The wines were also super delicious and had a perfect interaction with the dishes. And last but not least, the new premises are warm, cozy and subdued, and a lovely setting for a wonderful, extraordinary dining experience. Worth all the money. Mr. Burmølle shows Our cupboard must stand. The warmest recommendations from here to Vår

08/02/2025: Booked way before the trip to Odense… we love the menu comes with options from 2 to 8 courses. Tried 5 dishes and they were all delicious especially the kalix and tenderloin. The red wine pairing was perfect too. A great meal before a long ride back to Copenhagen.
13/11/2024: Fantastic lunch. That restaurant deserves a Michelin star.
