Café Frandsen Hjørring

Great café in the heart of Løkken. We went there at least four times during our entire vacation. The service was always super fast and friendly. We tried various cakes, all of which were delicious. The rum ball was a bit disappointing. But the apple pie was 10/10. Great atmosphere! As usual, the prices are more expensive in Denmark than in Germany.

The food was a bit too salty for my taste. The staff was very polite, but unfortunately we had to wait a long time to order (it wasn't busy). I really liked that they had menus in several languages ​​on site, so you know exactly what you're ordering. The price-performance ratio was okay, but not particularly good. In my opinion, there are better places to eat nearby. The ambiance was very nice, and you can get to the beach quickly.

Unfortunately, a strong and unpleasant smell from the men's room seeps into the room. Fortunately, we were able to sit outside in the nice weather

It takes a while before the waiter comes with the menu and can take a drink order. Burger and mussels are good, fish & chips are overcooked and with far too much salt. The fish is dry and both of us who ordered this dish got very little fish.

We were quickly welcomed and given a nice table. The service was pleasant with a degree of Northern Jutland laziness. The food came after about 20 minutes so it was perfect. Unfortunately the quality was a little below average. We got 2x burgers and a shrimp dish. The shrimp dish was nice but the herbs listed on the menu consisted of a lettuce leaf underneath and a minimal sprig of dill. The shrimp were nice and the lemon mayo was delicious. The Frandsen burger was ok without impressing. The BBQ burger was exactly as listed on the menu, steak, sauce and lettuce. There was nothing else so it was quite boring. The steak was nice but the bun on the dry and boring side. The fries were either overcooked or the oil needed changing. They tasted a little burnt and oily. There was more than enough fries seasoning on it, perhaps to take the oil/burnt taste. All served without any kind of decoration or care. The price was good, the quantity was adequate, but the quality was poor

It took a long time to get your drinks, but the food, it took a long time, between 50 and 60 minutes, and it was just café food.

Too much junk in the chicken salad. Pan-fried plaice sandwiches ok

Normalt gode oplevelser hos jer😊 Men I går serverede I , efter tre kvarters venten fiskefrikadeller , der var så brankede og gennemstegte , at de var uspiselige . vi orkede ikke at ødelægge den ellers gode stemning i caféen , så derfor får I den her . Bh - og god sommer .. Lone

Det var god mad. Meget hyggeligt sted. God betjening. Rigtig lækker sted at side udenfor om sommeren hvor man kan se hele Løkken torv.
