I had brunch and a latte macchiato for 195 kroner, which is a steep price, but for that you get a roll, a slice of brown bread, a crispbread, a dessert of your choice, a bowl of scrambled eggs, yogurt with muesli, and cold cuts. You can definitely do it.

The cinnamon roll and smørrebrød were delicious. So were the cookies with coffee. We had a lovely time sitting in the sunshine on the market square. If we ever come back to Esbjerg, we'll be back :)

23/12/2025: We spontaneously stopped in for lunch today. The service was incredibly friendly, and the chili con carne deserves more than 5 stars: the presentation and taste were simply excellent…definitely check it out if you're in Ribe!!!
14/12/2025: A really great little hotel with delicious food and a fantastic host. Jens is a great guy! Highly recommended if you appreciate authentic experiences!

26/10/2025: good wine and a slightly more exciting selection of cocktails, beer could be more exciting, there is a bit of a mess with their opening hours on the website, it may say 02:00 and then they suddenly start asking people to leave at 00:30, it's a mess, I haven't tasted any food from here
15/04/2025: Great atmosphere, delicious drinks - especially the peanut butter white Russian - and great service. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.
