Café Kaiser (Hillerød) Hillerød

Inside the mall this cafe is perfect for a coffee and cake break from shopping or a serious meal. We visited expressly to have the brunch menu that allows choices from the menu across items such as either 5 or 7 choices, aka buffet of variations of muslie & cereals, eggs and meats, breads and pancakes, fruit and avocado etc etc so that you essentially decide exactly how you like your tray to arrive. Same with drinks and everything is supremely well made, well presented and clean it would be a restaurant back home more so than a cafe. The produce is fresh and delicious. No photos but imagine a tray with small bowls each loaded with food ready for you to build pancakes or toast with scrambled eggs and crispy bacon Danish style or of course as you choose. Lovely staff extremely polite , we booked a table but probably didn't need to although it can be busy.

The 3 stars for service was the long wait for our food, about 50 min. But when the food arrived it was perfect and well prepared. The staff were nice and welcoming... and can't do anything about the waiting time from the kitchen.

The waiters were busy with private conversations and did not check on the guests.

Good for dinner on a shopping trip

Super delicious food, sweet and welcoming staff. There were two of us and we sat at a table for two with a 'wall' of glass at the top between us and the table next to it. There could well be something on that glass so you can't see through, because you're sitting quite close - it almost feels like being on a double date with strangers!

A solid but somewhat standard run of the mill cafe concept. No big surprises or impressive gastronomic coupes. We were served well and the food was decent.

This café is located in the shopping center, right at the transition to the parking garage. We were here in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded, the two of us easily got a table. Service was quick and attentive, we were given English menus. The burgers (a Kaiserburger, a barbecue burger) were very tasty and freshly prepared. Unfortunately you can't give any advice when paying by card, the waitress would have deserved it. The prices may be OK for Danish standards, but unfortunately for German tourists it is incredibly expensive.

Super good experience. Good food, extremely nice and attentive staff. We would love to come again another time.
