In one of the charming small towns of Egedal in North Zealand, a gourmet restaurant & café Liva is hidden. It is located right next to Egdal Town Hall (plenty of parking). The menu tempts with a well-thought-out selection of modern Danish cuisine for "holiday people" and the local, deliciously hungry citizens.

23/09/2025: Best Indian takeaway in town! I recommend getting the butter chicken with garlic naan. 👌
23/08/2025: No too hot, is the best way to describe this delicious very authentic Indian food. We had Tikka and Butter both lamb and chicken, some slightly oversalted Papadoms and some fine tiny rolls. The chutney was also fine - a bit mundane. The lamb was large fine cuts, probably hindæeg, really good and the chicken was aost juicy Next time, I'll have it Vindaloo 😋

08/08/2025: I was there with my nephews, and they can easily change their minds or be difficult... But, the staff was nice and accommodating, even when I was a little difficult... We also went lollipops, so, the little ones were happy
06/07/2025: Ordered a pizza no. 21 which was ready in 10 minutes and was piping hot when served. It was big with a lot of filling, too much for my taste. Also it was dripping with oil so the whole plate was swimming Take some of the oil and the filling off and cut 10 kr off the price it will make it better
