Found this idiosyncratic waterfront pub quite by chance now sipping merlot and listening to Come On Eileen on the jukebox. Smells strongly of stale cigarette smoke mmmm reminds me of forty or fifty years ago!

A nice bar in a stone's throw. Lots of people and mood on Thursday as well. Nice old lady joking behind the counter offering good service. Great local bar.

03/09/2025: I stumbled upon it completely by chance while looking for a place to drink a good beer. I didn't regret going in. Excellent local beers, each very different from the next. And the two employees were really friendly.
26/07/2025: Service was top-notch. The bartender we had on the day we visited was very nice and gave us a try with beers before we bought them. He also gave us information about the city as we were visiting for the first time.
