Great food, very nice ambiance right on the water. The railway line in the background and the rather hefty prices somewhat spoil the tranquil setting. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The (rösti) burger was amazing!! Deliciously crispy and flavorful meat. The fries were also delicious, crispy and soft on the inside! The service was also very friendly, and it's great that they have an (online) menu in English :)

18/10/2025: This evening, we spontaneously went to Mormors Landkokken as a family with two children. We received a very friendly welcome and service. The staff speaks some German, and the menu is also available in German. The children's portions of fish fillet with fries were huge and very tasty, and the portion of prawn cocktail was perfectly adequate for me as a woman and very tasty. My husband's schnitzel was also good. We will definitely eat there more often. The price was perfectly reasonable at around €90.
