It was a beautiful sunny day, where everything just came together. The harbor in Struer is worth a visit.

The young lady who took the order didn't know much about the food. A bit disappointing when you pay a lot for the food.

Two days in a row without a reservation got a table with a nice view

Today we visited the shipyard at Struer harbor, which is located with a beautiful view of the Limfjord. We arrived at exactly 12.10 4 people and were immediately shown a table with a beautiful view. Not many minutes passed and we placed our order with the nice waiter. Exactly 12.32 the food was served at our table and at the same time it was hot. Thank you. I had ordered a shooting star and the first impression when the food arrived was that it looked appetizing with a few interesting twists. The base was absolutely superb, the whole thing was served on a fresh piece of sourdough bread that was buttered on both sides. Well it tasted good. 👍🏻 After this comes some tartar sauce and on the side was a large glass of tartar sauce, ok I understand it is spread on the bread with the glass but I don't understand that, shooting stars belong to seafood dressing. Hmm well but that tartar sauce doesn't make much of a difference, it doesn't hurt anyone, but you'd better not smile completely. There are some lettuce leaves and curly lettuce, in a nice enough quantity, but then we also find a lot of fennel, I don't understand that in a shooting star, i.e. licorice flavor for fish. 🐟 and there is a lot of fennel. Of fish, there is a pan-fried plaice that tastes ok without being flashy, it has been in the pan for 30 seconds too long and the fish itself didn't have much meat in it, but ok. On the other hand, we find a nice portion of large freshly peeled 🍤 shrimp, and they taste wonderful and fresh, and next to it is a large portion of heat-smoked neutral salmon that tastes fresh and wonderful and melts in your mouth. The menu card says that there is a steamed plaice, there wasn't, on the other hand there was a fairly large hot piece of steamed cod and it tasted wonderful and fell apart so well it was cooked. The whole portion cost DKK 208.- and is worth every penny, delicious fresh ingredients with delicious flavor. Then you can always discuss the composition. Don't understand why you don't choose a seafood dressing, don't understand why the fried fish isn't 100% in the cupboard and don't understand why you serve a different fish than what's on the menu. But super delicious ingredients, 98% deliciously prepared and the best bread I've ever tasted. 4 out of 5 stars, we'll be back. And praise for the waiter and the atmosphere.

A prime spot for sunsets, socializing, and culinary delights

I visted as I was staying in Struer on a work trip, It was the best burger I've ever had in my life, staff were 10/10 and I will definitely be back again. You have an amazing team 💕

The chicken was nice, but the side dishes were very heavy and wintery. We are in the middle of May now. It was difficult to see the octopus in the starter. It needs a tightening up
