We have been there often, but charging 39 kr for three small pieces of extra bread for a luxury tapas plate for 229 kr is too expensive and too bad. Let alone that it has to be an additional purchase (which is the first time I have experienced it in a café or restaurant, but I guess I have just been lucky). However, I did not expect it to be more than 10-15 kr, especially when you pay more than 1000 kr for three people.

The service was very attentive and polite. We had fish and chips and a chicken burger with fries. The fish and chips were good, but the burger only had a tiny dab of dressing (about 3 cm) on both the top and bottom buns, and the chicken was too dry and rather tasteless. We wouldn't eat there again.

Great selection and very friendly welcome and service. A generous buffet with many different delicacies. Plenty of coffee, tea, and juice. We'll definitely be back!

We stopped by for a big brunch buffet on Saturday morning at 9am. There was plenty of space and easy to get to. The buffet was incredibly delicious, with a large selection for both children and adults. And good coffee and juice. Super good service.

Cozy place but there is not much space where you can pick up your brunch and when you are right in the middle of the hallway where everyone has to go to pick up their husbands it gives a bad experience and a lot of noise.

09/11/2025: 2 day course stay. Beautiful conference room, dinner served in cozy surroundings. The "rest" of the hotel has the feel of a conference center.
08/11/2025: There was something sticky on the wall in the bathroom. I think the cleaning staff is not instructed to clean the wall and therefore they do not take ownership. Classic problem with cleaning... Anyway, the rest of the room I had was OK, plenty of space. My overnight stay included breakfast and the street breakfast is expensive. Food in the prices was a little sharp (schnapps or similar) I have almost never seen that before, at least not in Denmark and not at hotels in this price segment. If you value a good breakfast, then I would choose this hotel over anything else within 50km. It was a really good experience. The breakfast moves the overall experience up to 5 stars. The fact that there is a Tesla supercharger makes charging a breeze and in the nearby town of Middelfart, I ate quite an excellent Thai dish for dinner. Middelfart is also cozy and has a nice harbor with some special architecture on the harbor front. All in all, a good experience.

Circle K Middelfart

20/08/2026: Circle K is great...you can get delicious coffee and various pastries and treats here early in the morning. I always enjoy stopping by when I'm passing through.
27/07/2026: Good food, but maybe a little on the "tired" side when you come at 8pm - otherwise nice and polite staff
