Had a wonderful experience at Caffe Salys! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. We had the tapas breakfast, and everything was delicious—especially the sourdough bread, which was fresh and full of flavor. The cheesecake was also excellent, a must-try! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. Plus, they serve decaf coffee, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this café if you’re in Ribe!

Super tasty cheese cake and coffee.

Great restaurant, great service, and really delicious, fresh food! There's a cute, well-kept play area for little kids, and there are plenty of family games and board games for older children and adults.

My wife and I ate there today (8/12/24). The 2-person Christmas platter for 299 dkr was rich and super tasty. 2 types of great bread (black bread and sourdough bread). I bake bread myself and I can't do it any better. Cold eggs, Greenland prawns, mayo, herring salad, curry salad, salmon, pulled pork, blue cheese. Crunchy herbs as a side dish, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds. Super delicious: the sweet and sour pickled red onion rings and the apple compote with the cheese. The refill of the coffee is inexpensive. Kudos to the warmly smiling staff. We had barely started eating when we were offered additional bread. Without asking from me. In summary: Go! Absolutely!

I had a slice of chocolate cheesecake from the bakery that was incredible! Absolute perfection.

Lovely cozy place to come both for brunch and just a cup of coffee.
