Generous portions, delicious food — worth the wait!

Wow what a great lunch and incredible service. Bjarn treated us to a lovely trio of smorrebrod, which is an open face sandwich for my fellow Americans, that honestly looked and tasted like a fine dining experience. My favorite was the slow cooked pork (alongside Bjarn’s stories). Must try if you’re in the area. Hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful welcome to Danmark! We shared delicious food, spirits, and fun conversation here. Here you’ll meet the friendliest restaurateur. He was warm and welcoming and shared history of the area along with some thoughtful suggestions of places to visit during our stay. Would definitely go back!

Surprisingly good food served with a smile and a fresh comment. Probably a gourmet cafe.

Cosy little café with amazing sandwiches (smörrebröd)! We got three wonderful creations served one by one. Lots of organic drinks to choose from as well.

Bjarne regaled us with exceptional preparation on fine ingredients. Try the Rhubarb Crumble made with grilled rye bread crumbs and honey topped with powdered lacryds (licorice) that infused the dessert with the taste of molasses - suprising and memorable!
