Nice restaurant for lunch. There were 4 of us who ordered different dishes. All 4 came relatively quickly, tasted really good. Good beers and everything at a good price. Can be recommended

The shooting star can be shared with advantage 😉 We took it with us. One per person. No one could eat it... even though it was really delicious. The next project is to eat the shooting star on the spot. Or any other of their delicious meals.

Hotel Sønderborg Strand

14/12/2025: Stayed at the hotel for one night on a deal with accommodation, 3 course menu and breakfast. The room was nice, large, a little worn and with a terrible shower. It was completely limescaled, and felt like syle. The 3 course dinner was delicious and tasty. However, the bread for starters was very dry. The service was fast and polite. Breakfast was nice, but missed the opportunity to get a caffe latte or other delicious coffee. Most of the staff at the hotel were foreign. The location is tip top in relation to the center and the water.
24/11/2025: Nice location in relation to the center, okay rooms and nice view. We were there on a luxury stay with 4 course menu, wine menu and breakfast. The dinner was quite terrible and what was supposed to be hot was cold. We have never been served such bad and tasteless food before. When you mentioned to the waiters that the food was not good and cold, they just switched to English and then stayed away from the table. The breakfast was okay.

02/11/2025: Super friendly service. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The only small minus was that some of the rice was not well enough together to be picked up with chopsticks. It simply crumbled when I tried to pick it up with chopsticks. It was only on 2 of the pieces where there was a problem. The rest was really nice. So little room for improvement 😊
